TimeTackle, Inc may, from time to time, offer a referral program that allows eligible users (“Referrers”) to earn rewards for referring new customers (“Referred Customers”) to the Service. Participation in the referral program is subject to these Terms and the following conditions.

Eligibility: To participate as a Referrer, you must have an active TimeTackle account in good standing. Referred Customers must be new customers of the Service – accounts, trials, or workspaces created before the referral link was used do not qualify. You may not refer yourself, your own organization, or accounts you own or control, whether directly or through another person or entity.

Valid referrals: A referral is considered valid when the Referred Customer (a) signs up for the Service using the Referrer’s unique referral link, and (b) purchases an annual (yearly) subscription plan within [60] days of creating their account. Monthly subscriptions do not qualify. If a Referred Customer initially subscribes to a monthly plan and upgrades to an annual plan within the [60]-day window, the referral will be treated as valid.

Rewards: For each valid referral, the Referrer will receive a US $100 digital gift card, delivered through our third-party reward provider to the email address associated with the Referrer’s account. Rewards are issued within [14] days after the Referred Customer’s annual subscription payment is confirmed and any applicable refund period has passed. Rewards have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be exchanged, resold, or redeemed for cash except where required by law. Referrers are solely responsible for any taxes arising from rewards received.

Referred Customer discount: [Referred Customers receive 10% off their first year of the Service when subscribing through a valid referral link. This discount cannot be combined with any other promotional code, discount, or offer.]

Limitations: There is no limit to the number of valid referrals a Referrer may make unless otherwise stated. However, referral links may not be distributed through paid advertising, spam, unsolicited bulk communications, coupon or deal aggregation websites, or any channel that misrepresents the Referrer’s relationship with TimeTackle, Inc.

Fraud and abuse: We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to withhold, revoke, or reclaim rewards, disqualify participants, and suspend or terminate accounts where we determine that referral activity is fraudulent, abusive, made in bad faith, or otherwise inconsistent with the intent of the program – including, without limitation, self-referrals, fake or duplicate accounts, and referrals obtained through prohibited channels.

Third-party reward provider: Rewards are fulfilled by a third-party provider. Redemption of gift cards is subject to the provider’s own terms and conditions, and TimeTackle, Inc is not responsible for the acts or omissions of the reward provider or the issuing merchant.

Changes and termination: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice. Valid referrals completed before any such change will be honored. Referrals pending at the time of a change will be evaluated under the terms in effect when the referral link was used.
